Ingredients

    Canelones: this one is a 4 part preparation:

    Preparation number 1: 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of melted butter, margarine or oil, 1/4 tsp. of salt, Mix everything with the mixer.Put it in the refrigeretor x 1 hour. If you want it thinner add 1 or2 tbs. of water.After 1 hr. take the mix out and make very thin pan pancakes.(Frilloas).

    Preparation number 2: for this one you are going to cook in a pot grown beef, add hard eggs ,chichen cream soup or white sauce,salt and pepper.Or cook spinach, mix it with hard eggs and white sauce(I will give this recipe in a moment).You can use either mix inside the pancake that we made or both.

    Preparation 3: Fry garlic , add tomatoe sauce 2 cans and cook it a little more, to this mix add white sauce.This is the sauce that you are going to use on the top of the Burritos Like(CANELONES).

    Preparation 4: White sauce- 4 cups of milk, 4 tbs of flour or cornstarch ,oil 2 tbs. or butter, 2 tbs of shreted cheese , pepper, _(a little sugar very little ), 8 chicken bullion squares.Mix all in cold, put it on the stove until it boils and it looks like a cream.

    Put some of ner.2 preparation inside ner 1, and put them all on an oven dish when you are done with that put ner. 3 on top and take them to the oven until the are warm.All ingredients are already cooked so just let then be in the oven for like 15 or20 minutes.

    You can use the pancakes for desert also if you put caramel cream inside( dulca de leche) not very healthy , alot of calories but delicioso!!!
