Introduction

This recipe is one I found online and it is part of the "Flat Belly Diet" plan. I changed it up a bit. I prepare it using the instant oatmeal and I used 1/2 a banana instead of 1/4 banana. This recipe is really yummy and very filling and it feels like you're indulging when really you're not! This recipe is one I found online and it is part of the "Flat Belly Diet" plan.
