    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. cumin seeds
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 pkgs. frozen white corn (9oz. each)
    2, 4 oz. cans chopped green chiles
    1 tsp. cumin
    2-3 tsp. lime juice
    2, 15 oz. cans great northern beans


In saucepan prepare first four ingredients. Remove chicken once cooked and tender. Cut into pieces then put back into liquid. In skillet, heat oil and cook oinion and garlic. Add to chicken and liquid. Stir remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Add beans. Cook until heated. Makes 12, 1cup servings.
