Ingredients


    32 oz, pasta
    6 chicken breasts
    6 cloves garlic
    spinach 1 bag or bunch fresh
    mushrooms, 1 carton fresh
    diced tomato, petite 1 can
    2 cups chicken broth
    nonfat milk , 1 cup


Directions

Boil pasta. Saute chicken and garlic in cooking spray. Add a little broth if needed. Dice chicken and set aside. Saute spinach and mushrooms in small amount of chicken broth and garlic. Add rest of chicken broth and milk and drained tomato. Add cooked pasta.

serve with romano cheese.
