Ingredients

    1 angel food cake mix
    1 20oz can of crushed pineapple in juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with vegetable oil spray.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pineapple (with juice) (I keep some of the crushed pineapple to sprinkle on top).
Mix until well blended.
Pour batter into prepared 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

    This was so easy to make and just wonderful. My only change next time will be to put water instead of the pineapple juice, because I don't like really sweet deserts. But I have to say, by far the best and the easiest I have done in a while. Thanks for sharing! - 6/20/09
