Introduction

This beef sauce goes great with rice, noodles or potatoes. This beef sauce goes great with rice, noodles or potatoes.

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Peanut Oil
    1 cup Beef Broth
    1 tbsp Corn Starch
    2 cloves Garlic
    8 oz Beef Round Steak (thinly sliced)
    10 oz Fresh Spinach

Directions

Bring a wok or pan to med/low heat. Meanwhile and cornstarch to beef broth in seprate bowl and mix well, set aside. Add peanut oil to pan. Saute minced garlic over med/low heat, careful not to burn. Add thinly sliced beef, brown. Add broth mixture to pan and simmer for 5 min. Add spinach stir frequently for 1-2 min. Use to top a potato, brown rice or whole grain noodles.
