3 T cilantro, minced
1/2 t garlic pwd
1 lime, juiced
1/4 t sea salt
1/2 - 1 jalapeno, seeded & minced fine (optional)

place all ingredients in bowl with flat bottom & mash it with a potato masher. stir well & keep refrigerated.
