    1/4 c water approx. add more if too thick
    1 T tahini
    2 T nutritional yeast
    2 t sea salt
    2 t onion pwd (or small slice fresh onion)
    1 clove garlic
    3 T lemon juice


makes 8 servings approx 2 T ea.

blend till creamy.

  • Incredible!
    My batch turned out WAY too runny so I added cashews to thicken. Next time I'll omit the water. I tasted it before I added the cashews and it's DELICIOUS and that's with no nuts!!! I've only been off cheese for about 2 weeks & this recipe is SPOT on for mild cheddar, MY FAV!!! Definately a keeper! - 2/13/12
