Introduction

Great for lunch, or a side dish. Great for lunch, or a side dish.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Macaroni, whole-wheat, 2.5 cup elbow shaped
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Feta Cheese, 1/4 cup, crumbled
    Green Peppers 1/2 cup, finely chopped
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 1 small can
    Parsley, 3 tbsp
    Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 4 tbsp
    Green Onion, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Spanish red onion, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Salt/Pepper to taste

    *I also add a pinch of garlic powder, and a few splashes of hot sauce.

Directions

Boil macaroni noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop all vegtable ingredients. Once pasta is cooked and cooled, add all ingredients and can of black olives to a large bowl. Add miracle whip, salt/pepper, and mix well. *Add garlic powder and splash of hot sauce if desired.
