Introduction

this cake is not calorie free!! It is for special occasions and depending on how small you cut it 16 serv. gives you 435 cal. Fresh raspberries is also very nice on it. Ingredients

    1 pound dark choc (The best I could find)
    1 cup sugar (organic)
    1 Cup skim milk (organic)
    1 T pure vanilla
    1/2 t sea salt
    8 large eggs (organic)
    1# silken tofu (organic)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a spring form pan.(just the bottom)
Melt the first 5 ingredients in a heavy bottom pan on low till melted. I stir occasionally with a whisk. Beat eggs and tofu (in a seperate bowl with a whisk. When the choc. mixture is melted I blend the ingredients that are in the pan with the whisk so it is well blended. Then I pour slowly the choc. mixyure into the egg mixure while stiring with my whisk. It is very easy to make this cake!!
bake for about 45 mins. insert knife about 2 inches away from the side if the pan. It should come out clean and the cake should be set in the middle. Enjoy!!
