Ingredients

    1/2 TBSP. Kroger Value Spread

1 Slice Great Value American Cheese

1 Slice Fairgrounds 98% Fat Free Smoked Turkey Breast

2 Slices Kroger Whole Wheat Bread

(I'm sure you can use other brands, but when I did a random search of whole wheat bread, Turkey breast, american cheese, and so on, this recipe had 400 calories in it, but when I typed in my brand of ingredients it only had 275 calories)

Tip*** Kroger Value Spread has less calories than I Can't Believe it's Not Butter and The Healthy Spread Stuff)

Directions

** I use a griddle for this recipe. The griddle is my best friend when cooking healthy meals.

1. Turn griddle on 300 degrees.

2. Spead half of the butter spread on each piece of whole wheat bread.

3. Place both pieces of bread on griddle butter spread side down.

4. Place slice of cheese on one piece of bread on griddle to allow it to melt.

5. Cut slice of turkey meat in half and place both pieces on griddle. Cook both sides until slightly brown.

6. Place both pieces of turkey meat on top of cheese.

7. Take other piece of toast and place on top of the toast with the cheese and turkey on it.

8. Cut in half and enjoy.
