Introduction

Ingredients

8 - 3oz pork chops (battered with flour and seasonings)
2 small cans Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup of ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions
Heat 1/4 to 1/2" of canola oil in a large skillet. Fry pork chops until cooked through. Remove pork chops and grease from pan (but do not wash out).
Let pan cool (if in a rush - throw in 1/8" cup milk to cool) then add cream of mushroom soups, ketchup, and both sauces. Let heat until hot throughout.
Add pork chops back into sauce, and let sit on low for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
