    2 corn tortillas
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1.5 tbsp onion
    1 tbsp cilantro


heat oil
cut tortillas in half and then small strips
saute the tortillas until firm
add onion & cilantro saute 1 minute and add eggs until done.
