Ingredients

    1 cup barley
    2 cups water
    1 cube lower sodium chicken bullion
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 4-oz. can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    Cumin, to taste
    1 can Cream of Celery Soup
    1 can Deseret Beef Chunks, shredded if you want.
    1 cup frozen Peas

Directions

Cook 1 cup barley in 2 cups water with low sodium chicken bullion cube.
Sautee onion & mushrooms in "not-butter" with cumin to taste. Add beef chunks & condensed cream of celery soup
Add sauteed mixture to barley. Add peas.
Makes 4 1-cup servings
