Introduction

This is an easy to make salad that makes a nice crisp side. My children love it. This is an easy to make salad that makes a nice crisp side. My children love it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lg Gala Apple chopped (1 - 1 1/2 cup)
    1 Granny Smith Apple, chopped
    3 tbls Crystalized Ginger chopped
    1 tbls Honey
    1 tbls Lemon Juice
    2 tbls Orange Juice Concentrate
    1/2 c. toasted walnuts (Can also use pecans)
    1/4 c. dried Cranberries (can use dried cherries)

Directions

Toast Walnuts. Combine all ingrediants stiring to coat all the apples, let it get happy in 8-10 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 - 8 1/2 c servings
