Introduction

This is a very fattening dessert that I'll use in our WLC group to get suggestions on how to make it healthier. This is a very fattening dessert that I'll use in our WLC group to get suggestions on how to make it healthier.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 c flour
    3/4 c peanuts, crushed
    1/4 lb margarine
    3/4 c peanut butter
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 c sugar
    1 cup Cool Whip
    2 sm packages chocolate instant pudding
    3 cups milk

Directions

First layer:
-mix peanuts, flour and margarine and press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.

Second layer:
- Mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on completely cooled crust.

Third layer:
- Mix together milk and pudding until thick. Spread on cream cheese layer. When pudding is set, frost with additional Cool Whip and sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
