Very easy to make pea salad. No onions or other ingredients that a picky person wouldn't particularly like. The ingredients can be altered to suit your particular taste! Very easy to make pea salad. Ingredients

    1 large can of peas, drained
    1/4 cup mayo (more or less to taste)
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    1/4-1/2 diced tomato
    1-2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients, serve cold!
