Introduction
Meatloaf made over and easier by using stuffing mix rather than breadcrumbs. Using Honey Mustard rather than typical ketchup or BBQ sauce adds for a flavorful change to a household favorite. Ingredients

1 lb. Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 box Stove top stuffing - Chicken flavored
1 tbsp. Kens Honey Mustard Dressing
1 Egg
1 med. Onion chopped
1 tsp. Dill weed
Directions
Preheat oven 375.
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, stuffing mix chopped onion and dill weed. Don't overmix as this will toughen the meat. Whisk egg and add to meat mixture.
Form meat into loaf shape in an 8X8 prepared baking dish (this will ensure easy removal of loaf from pan and for fat to drip off to the sides). Brush top of meatloaf with 1 tbsp of honey mustard.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Serves 4 at 2 thin slices per person.
