Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

8 oz of the pasta of your choice ( I use bowtie)
1 pint of half and half
    1 cup of chicken broth
1 bag of Tyson's grilled chicken strips
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 Tbsp of olive oil
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2-1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
    1 chopped tomato
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and onion and heat until the onion is opaque. Meanwhile, boil water and cook the pasta. Add the half and half to the mixture, then add the cheese. When the sauce is thickened add the chicken, chopped, and gradually add the chicken broth. ( leave some to add after adding the pasta) Let simmer. When the sauce is as thick or thin as you want add the pasta to the mixture. Add chicken broth if needed. Then add the chopped tomatoes and remove from the heat.

Onion is opaque to begin with. When you cook it, it becomes translucent. Did you mean to say, "Add garlic and onion and heat until the onion is no longer opaque." ? - 6/7/12
