Ingredients

    1 Italian Herb Light Flatout
    1/2 c pizza suace
    24 pieces turkey pepperoni
    2 oz. shredded part skim mozzarella

Directions

Bake flatout at 350 for 7 min. Spread 1/4 c pizza suace over each flatout. Top each with 1/2 of mozzarella and 1/2 of pepperoni. Bake an additional 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.

    I tried this recipe on Sunday and loved it!! Very good, pizza is my weakness but I don't have to feel bad about giving into this recipe...my kids even liked it. - 9/12/11

    Awesome! Really takes the craving for pizza away. Add a small tossed salad and you have a real italian feast. - 7/13/10
