Ingredients

    Skim milk, 2 cups
    3 Medium eggs
    Sour cream, 1 tbsp
    3 dashes of salt
    1/4 of a tomato
    Lowfat cheese, 100 grams
    Extra lean ham, 1 slice
    Black pepper, 2 dashes
    Red pepper, 1 dash

Directions

Mix eggs with milk, add sour cream and salt.Blend with a mixer.Cut tomatoes, add half to eggs, the other half fry with ham for a couple of minutes.Half the cheese and pepper add to eggs mix, blend with mixer well.Cook 'till ready.Add the rest of the cheese on top.

    You can put almost anything in an omelet and it tastes good. By using low fat cheese you can drop the guilt. - 3/19/07
