This recipe is very easy to make and is DELICIOUS. My son thought that it tasted like cheese cake and my Hubby said that he really enjoyed it. He said that he LOVES pineapple ! (I didn't know this.) I will definitely make this again and again! Thanks, SP. - 11/2/16

A little bit too sweet for me, next time I will reduce the brown sugar. Overall had a light consistency with a great taste of pineapple. - 3/2/15
