Introduction

Whenever I am craving some chocolate or something sweet, I make a smoothie and savour it. Whenever I am craving some chocolate or something sweet, I make a smoothie and savour it.

Ingredients

    1/2 a small banana sliced
    2 medium sized strawberries fresh or frozen
    1/4 of a pineapple slice ( 3-1/2 diam x 3/4 thick)
    1/4 cup canned peach halves/slices with juice
    1/4 cup chocolate soy milk

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
If you desire a thinner consistency add some water.

Makes 1 serving
