Ingredients

    1-6oz container soy yogurt (strawberry)
    1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1/2 cup of baby carrots (about 7 carrots)
    2 Tbsp milled flaxseed
    1/4 cup oats
    4oz orange juice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into blender and secure lid
2. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth
