Pinto beans, cooked with pork loin... Pinto beans, cooked with pork loin...

Ingredients

    1 lb pork loin
    2 cups dry pinto beans
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1tbs chili powder
    1 small can chopped chili's
    3 tbs Olive Oil
    2 quarts water

Directions

Cut pork loin into 1" cubes, brown in olive oil
while browning, add onions, garlic, chili, cumin and chili powder.
When browned, add 2 quarts of water, pinto beans, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, let simmer for 4 hours.
