Introduction
Great source of potassium and other important nutrients, also a really great way to get some of your fruits and veggies in.I have this for breakfast at least once a week, after a good cardio work out. I juice the carrots, strawberries, and apple so without the pulp the calories may be a bit less...but watch the carbs.
Hope you enjoy. Great source of potassium and other important nutrients, also a really great way to get some of your fruits and veggies in.
