Introduction

Great source of potassium and other important nutrients, also a really great way to get some of your fruits and veggies in.

I have this for breakfast at least once a week, after a good cardio work out. I juice the carrots, strawberries, and apple so without the pulp the calories may be a bit less...but watch the carbs.

Ingredients

    2 carrots
    1 small apple
    4 med strawberries
    4oz pomegranate juice
    1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    ice

Directions

With an electric juicer, juice Carrots, Strawberries, and apple. Add fresh juice and the rest if the ingredients to a blender and blend to desired consistancy.
