Ingredients

    1 # ground turkey - LEAN
    2 quarts water
    1 quart tomato j uice
    3 sweet peppers (red or green) diced
    1 1/2 C. chili sauce
    1 C. uncooked long grain rice
    2 celery ribs, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 garlic clobes, minced
    1/2 t. salt

Directions

In a large dutch oven, over medium heat, brown turkey. Add the remaining ingredients & bring to a boil. Reduce heat &simmer uncovered for 1 hr or until rice is tender
