Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lbs of Round Beef Steak
    1 (14.5 oz) can of Cream Corn
    1 (14.5 oz) can of Diced Tomatoes
    1 (14.5 oz) can of Sliced Carrots
    1 (14.5 oz) can of Green Beans
    1 small box of whole wheat penne pasta
    2 Tbsp of Sour Cream
    1/2 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
    Chili Powder and Garlic powder to suit yourself

Directions

1) pre-heat the oven to 350
2) Cook pasta per directions on the box
3) Cook the meat and cut into small cubes
4) Combine the corn, carrots, tomatoes,
beans, sour cream, garlic powder, and chili
powder in a mixing bowl.
5) Layer the bottom of a casserole dish
with the pasta, add in the meat, and
then top with the vegetable mixture.
6) Cook for 25 minutes.
7) Take the dish out and sprinkle the
cheese on top and then put the dish
back in the oven for an additional five
minutes.
8) Enjoy
