Ingredients

3 lbs chicken breast
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp green pepper
3 medium oranges
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp dry mustard
Directions
1. Mince garlic, cut green peppers into ΒΌ inch rings. Remove the peels from the oranges and separate oranges into slices.
2. Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Combine the orange juice, soy sauce, molasses, dry mustard, garlic, in a medium sized bowl; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
3. Thirty minutes before serving, add the oranges and green pepper to the slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on low for the remaining 30 minutes.
