Introduction

SO easy! Probably a little high in sodium but really good for those busy nights. SO easy! Probably a little high in sodium but really good for those busy nights.

Ingredients

    2 cans canned chicken, drained
1 can peas & carrots, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free
1 can of diced potatoes, drained
    1/4 - 1/2 cup fat free milk
1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, reduced fat

Directions

Make sure you drain all of the veggies & chicken. Mix all of the ingredients except for the crescent rolls with a bit of pepper. Spread out in a casserole dish and carefully place the unrolled crescent rolls over the mixture any way you want. It's sort of like a puzzle. Bake at 350 for 15-ish minutes until the rolls are golden brown.
