Ingredients

Cooked Pasta (any kind)
2 sliced tomatoes
1 medium sweet onion (sliced)
1/2 cup broccoli
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (around 1 tbsp)
Red Wine Vinegar (1 tbsp)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Ground oregano
Directions
First, prepare the tomatoes and sweet onions by chopping them however way you want, and heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Second, start by cooking the pasta in a pot according to the directions on the box. While the pasta is cooking, place the tomatoes, sweet onions, and the broccoli in a pyrex. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano to them and mix. Then put them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Third, add the vegetables to the pasta and add the red wine vinegar and mix.
Last, enjoy a delicious guilt-free meal!
