Ingredients

    20 oz. pkg. extra lean ground turkey
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 T. minced garlic
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped carrots
    2 c. slice mushrooms
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1.5 brown rice, uncooked
    1 T. poultry seasoning
    12 c. water

Directions

Brown turkey, onions, and garlic.

Add turkey, onion, and garlic mixture to soup pot. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Bring soup to a boil, then lower heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables and rice are done. (Approx. 1 hour.)

Makes about eight 2-cup servings.
