Ingredients

Ingredients for dressing:
3 Tbs olive oil
3 Tbs cider vinegar
2 Tbs splenda
1/2 oriental flavor ramen noodle seasoning pack
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs soy sauce
Ingredients for chicken marinade:
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbs soy sauce
3 garlic cloves
Ingredients for salad:
1 small head of green or red cabbage
2 green onions, chopped
1 carrot peeled and grated
1 package oriental flavor ramen noodles, crushed.
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped.
Directions
1. Make dressing by combining all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2.Make chicken marinade by whisking together honey, soy sauce and garlic in a shallow dish.
3. Coat Chicken in mixture. Reserve left over mixture for basting.
4. Combine the first three salad ingredients, toss well. Add crushed ramen noodles and dressing.
5. Place chopped chicken on a greased grill over med high heat, close lid and cook. Watch very closely as meat can burn very fast. Poor remaining sauce over chicken.. Cook until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. " I like my chicken to have a dark caramel color almost crispy."
6. Combine chicken with the salad. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate to allow the flavors to blend.
