The one I used for this recipe contained pearl-barley, unpolished rice, kaoliang rice, barley, buckwheat, pearl rice, fox-nut, millet, wheat, oat and black rice. Ingredients

1 cup asian multi grain rice, barley, oat mix
2 cups water
1 tblsp flax seed oil
brown sugar to taste (optional) (2 tsp per serving)
raisins to taste (optional) (just a few)
Directions
Cook asian multi grain rice/oats mix in rice cooker. Keep in airtight container in refrigerator.
For single serving:
Add flax seed oil, raisins, brown sugar to one cup prepared mix and microwave for around 2 minutes.
