Introduction

Congealed salad with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and pecans Congealed salad with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and pecans
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 boxes (16 servings) of strawberry banana sugar free jello
    3 bananas
    1 cup crushed or tidbit pineapple in its own juice
    1 cup strawberries, sliced
    1 cup pecan pieces
    8 oz cool whip
    8 oz sour cream (can use fat free for less fat)

Directions

Makes sixteen servings - sliced in a 9x12 pan
Crush pretzels and layer in bottom of pan
Prepare jello according to instructions. Cool.
Slice and toss together all the fruit and pecans.
Pour 1/2 jello mixture over the fruit and then add to pan over pretzels.
Chill until firm.
Mix cool whip and sour cream and spread 1/2 of it over first layer of chilled jello/fruit.
Add second layer of jello/fuit/nut mixture and chill
until firm.
Add 2nd half of cool whip/sour cream mixture and chill until ready to serve.
