Introduction

I recently had a RNY gastric bypass, and so can no longer have white carbs, like sushi rice, pasta, potatoes, popcorn, etc. BUT, I can have the scallops I love all by themselves, instead of in a roll! So, here is what my favorite restaurant worked up for me! I love raw scallops, so I think I'll have to go to the local Asian market to get some smelt and make this! Thanks! - 4/18/10
