To reduce fat and sodium, I used low fat Mayo, reduced sodium CoCelery, and prepared Wild Rice from raw rice versus using the commercial brand with all the chemicals. Turned out to be AMAZING! - 4/12/09

I'm certain this is yummy, but the high fat content stops me from giving it a high rating. - 4/11/09

  • We all thought this was good ... but needed something or other. My husband suggested either green chilis or Chinese noodles. The water chestnuts are a great idea for crunchiness. - 4/29/09

  • I loved the taste but it was greasy. Next time I'm going to substitute skim milk for the mayo. - 4/20/09
