Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

To reduce fat and sodium, I used low fat Mayo, reduced sodium CoCelery, and prepared Wild Rice from raw rice versus using the commercial brand with all the chemicals. Turned out to be AMAZING!
I'm certain this is yummy, but the high fat content stops me from giving it a high rating.
