    Incredible!
I just made this and it was DELICIOUS! I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9X13" pan. I discovered halfway through that I didn't have enough oil so I used 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup of applesauce and it came out absolutely PERFECT! We will certainly be keeping this recipe for the future! :) - 10/16/11

    Very Good
I thought this recipe was really good! I substituted 1/2 cup splenda instead of 1 cup sugar...and unsweetened applesauce instead of the oil. i also used whole wheat flour...it turned out perfect! - 5/28/09

I bake for the boys in the office - and I've tried to do pretend healthier stuff and it rarely works well,... Splenda is absolutely vile stuff in baking... I would never use it.. there's minimal calorie savings so it's not worth the effort.

Whole wheat flour makes it drier
