What are you going to cook your fish in? Try this savory mixture. What are you going to cook your fish in? Try this savory mixture.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 limes, just the juice
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp lite soy sauce
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp brown mustard
    salt and pepper to taste


Use for about a pound of Mahi Mahi fillets.
Mix ingredients together in small bowl. Place 1/2 in pan to grill fish fillets. Before flipping, coat the fish with the 2nd half of the mixture.
Makes approx. 4- 4 ounce servings.
