Ingredients

Olive oil spray
1 lb Laura's 4% lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 jar Classico basil tomato sauce (~2.5 cups)
1/2 box whole grain pasta lasagna (Ronzoni)
1 tbsp extra light olive oil
1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup low-fat parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian herbs
Directions
This recipe makes 6 large servings
1. Spray casserole with olive oil spray.
2. Brown ground beef with onions. Drain, if needed. Stir in tomato sauce.
3. Mix together cheeses and 1 tsp Italian herbs
4. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tbls olive oil. Cool until it's easy to handle.
Layer lasagna noodles (about 4) on bottom of dish. Add 1/2 cheese mixture and top with 1/2 sauce. Repeat.
Cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly for easier cutting.
