Ingredients

Brown Rice, UNCOOKED long grain, 1 Cup
Rice, white, long-grain, UNCOOKED, enriched, 2 Cup
    Ham, regular 2 Cup, diced
Swiss Cheese, 8 oz , shredded or diced
Broccoli cuts or florets, frozen, 10 oz pkg.
    Butter, unsalted, 3 Tbsp.
Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing (or Hellman'a light mayo), 3 Tbsp
Water, 6.5 cup (8 fl oz ea.)

Directions

Makes 10-12 servings.
Prepare in a large casserole dish or 13 x 9 " baking pan.
Note: I wanted to enter the amounts for the RAW rice, but that didn't seem to match up with the ingredients available, so I used the raw white rice and then just used the "brown rice" but my intention would be to use 1 Cup of Uncooked Brown rice and 2 Cups Uncooked White Rice.
Instructions.

BEFORE beginning: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Spray large casserole or baking dish with non-stick spray or grease lightly with butter.
2. Add 1 Cup of uncooked brown rice and 2 Cups of uncooked white rice.
3. Spread 2 Cups of diced ham over the rice.
4. Sprinkle 8 oz. of shredded or finely diced Swiss cheese evenly over the ham & rice.
5. Spread a 10 oz. package of chopped broccoli or broccoli florets amidst the ham and cheese cubes.
6. Add dabs of either Miracle Whip dressing or Light Mayonnaise (up to total of 3 Tbsp.) in various points to spread out in the casserole as it cooks.
7. Do the same with dabs of unsalted butter (up to total of 3 Tbsp.) interspersed so that the dressings and butter will eventually mix into the whole dish.
8. Pour over this whole mixture 6 1/2 cups of water.
9. Cover tightly with casserole lid or aluminum foil (making sure there is room for the rice to expand as it cooks).
10. Cook for 40 mins. at 400 degrees.
11. Stir the mixture and check for degree of doneness after 40 mins.
12. Turn oven down to 360 degrees and cook another 15-20 mins. as needed.
