Was just looking to use up the Easter eggs and have it still be healthy...the measurements are what they are for the eggs b/c I weighed the eggs I took from the basket as I added them to the bowl to prepare.     1 whole egg
    1 egg white
    1tbsp light mayo
    1 tsp mustard

Directions

cut up egg and egg white, mix with mustard and mayo. Serve on bread, pita, etc..serves one
