Ingredients

    2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (8 tbsp)
    1 cup beef broth
    1/8 cup sugar
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    1 large onion
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Brown the tenderloin in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, mix the wet ingredients, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Put browned tenderloins into slow cooker, and pour teriyaki mixture over it. Cook on high about 4 hours, or low for longer.

To avoid sodium, though the nutrition counter on Sparkpeople will still count it, go light with spooning the broth over the meat when serving.

I'm serving it with rice-barley pilaf and asparagus. Yum!!!!
