Ingredients

    15 oz Libby's canned Pumpkin
    1 box Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Family-Style brownie mix
    1 oz (30g) Publix brand Mini Semi-Sweet chocolate morsels (approx 264 morsels)

Directions

Mix Pumpkin and Brownie mix together. Gently fold in chocolate morsels.

Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Bake in mini-muffin tins for 16-18 minutes at 350.
Makes 36 mini-muffins.

    I add 3/4 Cup water to think out the batter a bit and you don't notice it at all...and they make great brownies in a 9 x 11 pan! - 1/16/11

    Really GREAT - I would add the batter is really thick & doesn't spread out in the oven, so suggest dipping fingers in water to smooth out the tops before baking. The first batch looked pretty ugly and didn't cook evenly - 2nd batch was much better!!!! NOBODY guessed it has pumpkin! - 4/25/09

    Yeah, the batter is REALLY thick. What I did was put spoon all of the batter into a big gallon ziploc bag and cut the corner off. Then I pipe it into the muffin tin like frosting. So much easier and it gives the muffins funny little points on top!

    For those of you who gave these four or five stars are you serious???? You have to be really really REALLY craving chocolate on your diet. These were Horrible!! How can you say you don't taste the pumpkin? I had to throw the whole pan away not even my grandson who loves chocolate would eat it! AWFUL - 5/19/12
