Ingredients

1 cup green peppers strips
1 cup yellow peppers strips
1 cup red peppers strips
1/2 cup onions slices
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
8 oz philly cream cheese
10 flour tortillas
1 jar thick & chunky salsa
8 oz kraft sharp cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Cook & Stir peppers, onions and olive oil.
Stir in cumin, mix well and drain reserving liquid.
Beat cream cheese and cheddar.
Spoon 2 tbsp of cheese mixture onto flour tortilla, top evenly with peppers. Fold in half and place on ungreased baking sheet, brushing on reserved liquid.
Bake 5 minutes, turn quesadillas and bake additional 5 minutes. Quarter and serve with salsa.
