Introduction

Ingredients

2 pounds of lean ground beef
1 large vidalia onion [diced]
4 tsps Worcestershire Sauce
1 large egg
Directions
Mix hamburger, onion, egg, and sauce in large mixing bowl.
Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pack meat mixture into cup until level. Dump out measured meat into your hand. Smash down using your other palm, and then pat out border to make round patties.
Cook on grill or under broiler til done.
Should make between 10-15 hamburger patties. They shrink with cooking so adjust recipe depending on preferred hamburger size.
Serve on rolls with desired toppings.
