Ingredients

    1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a container with a snug seal. Cover and shake well.

    Simple, convenient, delicious. I add about 1T of basil pesto, and 1-2T of raspberry vinaigrette (I use Paul Newmann's). If I double the basil pesto, I use it as a pasta sauce as well... - 1/31/11
