Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    ~1/4 cup each of oat flour, whole wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, and wheat bran.
    ~Protein Powder, measurements may vary (but scoop out 75 grams of protein)
    ~1 TB Baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.

    Wet Ingredients:
    1/4 c brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup egg whites, 3 TB Olive oil, 1 15-oz can of pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix).

Directions

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined (It is best when not overmixed).

Cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes if making muffins, or for 30-45 minutes if using a 9x9 square pan.
