    This is very close to our family recipe. We use onion, green bell pepper, and unsalted soda crackers. I never thought of using garlic, but will try it! - 1/18/19

    Excellent. Using oats instead of bread crumbs helps them have a brown to a nice crispy texture. I used fresh baked Atlantic salmon, then added some homemade salsa, 1/2 tsp celery seed, garlic powder, S&P, and a whole egg. - 11/24/12
